You have now received the PDF digital proofs for your wedding stationery.

We have also sent you a handy proofing checklist which should help you with the proof-reading process. You can also access this here.

The purpose of this form is for you to officially approve and accept these proofs in order for the production of your wedding stationery to begin.

If any changes or amendments need to be made, please contact us via email: [email protected] before submitting this form.
Your proofs will then be adjusted and re-sent.

Once proofs have been accepted, they cannot be changed.

The proofs are created using information supplied to us by the client and as such, it is the responsibility of the client to make sure that this information is correct. This includes, but is not limited to, all spellings of names, venues, addresses etc.

All work will be carried out according to the client’s direct specification. Tigerlily Creations cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to proof read and approve the proofs. Tigerlily Creations cannot be held responsible for any un-noticed errors after the proofs have been approved by the client.

Any additional prints or re-prints due to inaccuracies will be payable by the client.
